This is a project I've managed as a part of Masterly Team. Pluck Marketplace is a #1 RBT marketplace that revolutionized fundraising and investments on the blockchain. For this project, we've fully redesigned the platform's UI after conducting usability testing and improving user flows.
Our main goal is to build a cutting-edge website that seamlessly switches between dark and light modes, offering users the freedom to choose their preferred visual environment. We understand the significance of accessibility and personalization, and we want to provide a comfortable browsing experience for all users, regardless of their preferences.

Our challenge was to create a secure and reliable platform for Pluck, where users could engage with digital assets that go beyond the conventional NFTs and stock exchange offerings. Pluck's unique Reward Base Token concept demanded a delicate balance between traditional conservatism and innovative financial solutions. As a result, our critical task involved developing a safe and transparent environment where users could confidently assess all aspects, making informed investment decisions.
Pluck's Reward Base Token (RBT) presented a fascinating challenge for our team. Unlike typical digital assets found in NFT marketplaces or stock exchanges, RBTs carried a distinctive value proposition, offering users rewards that transcend the usual benefits associated with investments. This novel approach called for a paradigm shift, and it was crucial to add confidence in users about the reliability and security of the platform.
To achieve this, we designed a user experience that prioritized transparency and education. Our design emphasized providing users with comprehensive information, enabling them to predict the potential advantages and risks associated with each investment. By offering detailed analytics, historical performance data, and market insights, we ensured that users had access to all the necessary tools to make well-informed choices.
The design process for this project was carefully structured into three pivotal phases: research, ideation, and prototyping. Each phase played a crucial role in shaping the final outcome of the project, ensuring that user needs were thoroughly understood and met with innovative solutions.
The research phase served as the foundational pillar of our design journey. It commenced with a comprehensive briefing, where we closely collaborated with the client, Pluck, to grasp their vision, goals, and target audience. Understanding their unique Reward Base Token concept was paramount to creating a tailored user experience.
We then delved into in-depth research, studying user behaviors, preferences, and pain points. By conducting user interviews, surveys, and analyzing market trends, we gained invaluable insights that guided our design decisions. Additionally, we conducted a thorough competitor analysis to identify market gaps and potential opportunities for differentiation.
Armed with a wealth of user insights, we transitioned into the ideation phase, where creativity and innovation took center stage. Drawing upon the research findings, we brainstormed and sketched various concepts, exploring diverse avenues to address user needs and desires.
During this phase, we devoted meticulous attention to crafting an exceptional user experience (UX). We formulated user personas and journey maps, aligning our design decisions with the users' needs at every step of the way. Wireframing and prototyping allowed us to rapidly iterate and visualize potential solutions, ensuring the seamless flow of interactions and navigation.
Moreover, the importance of UI design and creating a cohesive design system became evident. We designed visually appealing interfaces that not only complemented Pluck's brand identity but also enhanced usability. The prototyping phase marked the final steps in bringing our designs to life. Through interactive prototypes, we validated our concepts with real users, obtaining valuable feedback that shaped our final refinements. By developing these features with user-centricity in mind, we ensured that users could easily monitor and manage their investments with confidence.
In the process of creating the design system, we collaborated closely with Pluck's team to ensure that it aligned perfectly with their brand identity and values. The design system included a library of standardized UI elements, such as buttons, forms, icons, and typography, which not only saved development time but also upheld a visually harmonious interface.
We implemented a combination of responsive and tailored design to create an exceptional user experience. With the recognition that users have diverse preferences, we developed two distinct modes: dark and light. The dark mode offers a visually comfortable and stylish interface for users who prefer reduced eye strain in low-light environments.
This customization, combined with our responsive design approach, allowed Pluck's platform to seamlessly adapt to various devices, providing users with an optimized and visually appealing interface across the board.
